Kiranjot will lead the class through warm ups, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, deep relaxation and a meditation. There will be live chanting and music in each class.

In Kundalini Yoga a kriya is a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome. Each kriya has a different effect, but all work on all levels of your being.

Kiranjot Kaur has been doing Kundalini Yoga since she was 14 years old, has had a daily practice for over 20 years and has been a teacher since 2006. She is also a Vocalist, founding member of Copper Wimmin, Indian Classical music teacher and a devotee of the Divine Mother. From her travels through India to Chile and back she discovered that her favorite thing in this world is using her voice as a call to stillness and healing.
