Immerse yourself in a transformative experience where the sacred flow of water meets the divine flow of sound. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Emandal’s thousand-acre ranch, this retreat is a haven for nature lovers and spiritual seekers.
Sacred Sound Practices: Engage in daily sessions of Indian Classical note singing to activate and open your throat chakra. Experience the profound heart-opening meditation that this ancient spiritual practice offers, utilizing your body’s natural instrument. Explore harmonium basics with guidance rooted in traditional practices from India.
Tri Yoga and Meditation: Begin each day with A Course in Miracles lesson led by Kiranjot Kaur, followed by Tri Yoga with Kashi Ananda —slow down your movement and come into deep presence with every cell in your body.
Evening Kirtan & Campfire: Share in the joy of evening kirtan and sing around the campfire, led by Kiranjot and special guest Joss Jaffe. Let the sounds of the river and the warmth of the fire spark your divine connection.
Nature and Nourishment: Enjoy daily vegan farm-to-table breakfasts and dinners, explore the farm’s mountain hikes, and refresh yourself in the cool, clear waters of the private river beaches.
